Dissertation on Laotian Women and Leadership. The purpose of the research is to explore the cultural factors relative to first generation Laotian women leaders in the U.S. The study is specifically seeking first generation Laotian women currently living and working full-time in the U.S. who have held leadership roles for at minimum of one year.
The museum exhibit represents the culmination of years of work, which began in 2009 and involved interviewing and recording the stories of more than 20 families from Laos who now live in the United States
